Mrs. Rubin is an experienced executive in Strategy, Global Marketing (B2B, B2C), Business Development, Research and Analysis, Public Relations, Investor Relations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

A history of working in global organizations and large corporations in the Hi-Tech, Finance  and Food & Beverages (Coca-Cola Group) industries.


Innovation & entrepreneurship

Led multiple innovation initiatives and projects along the years. 

Serves as Co-Director at Startup Grind, the largest global community of entrepreneurs, powered by Google for startups and active in 120 countries. 

Advisor at MassChallenge Israel accelerator, a mentor at Pears Challenge accelerator and at the 2018 eBay Startup Cup program. 


Knowing the civil sector 

Mrs. Rubin has been volunteering since 2017 at Natan International Humanitarian Aid, as Head of Impact Development. Natan's primary activities focus on emergency response for sudden disasters and international aid projects. Natan collaborates with global partners, NGOs, civil organizations, as well as the public and private sectors.

Mrs. Rubin holds a BA in Communications and Management and an MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies. She holds a certificate of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Practices, from the Corporate Social Responsibility Institute in Israel.
